Tesco - Metro Programme Main & Principal Contractor - responsible for the Metro refit, comprising day and night work to refurbish the sales floor, warehouses, rear and external, including the management of Tesco Direct contractors, whilst maintaining the 24hr operation of the store.

American Golf/Carphone Warehouse (Axa Sun Life) - New Build Main & Principal Contractor - responsible for the design and build and subsequent fit out of 2 retail units for AXA Sun Life Insurance.

McMullen “Baroosh” Internal & External Decorations Main & Principal Contractor - responsible for the internal and external refurbishment of the bar area, staff areas, w.c’s and kitchens - the majority of works carried out at night.

ATS Euromaster Limited - Refurbishment Main Contractor - responsible for the refurbishment and refit of workshop units including customer and staff facilities in both empty and occupied units.
