In the event that a permanent repair requires work that is outside the scope of our maintenance team, we will, if possible, effect a temporary repair and provide a detailed report and quotation for the additional work required. This will allow the customer to consider the options and plan the work to optimise asset management.

All of our service vehicles are installed with satellite tracing devices and invehicle data transceivers to enable us to divert our engineers at any time to cover emergency situations. We cover the whole of London and the Home Counties.

We operate a 24hr call-out service with fixed call-out charges and all our work is fully guaranteed.
